Alex Claffy is a New York–based bassist, composer, and bandleader known for his commanding sound and deep roots in the jazz tradition. He has performed with artists including Christian McBride, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Randy Brecker, and Joey Alexander, appearing at many of the world’s leading jazz clubs and festivals.
